Sustainable Foods Summit

The Sustainable Foods Summit is an international series of summits that focuses on the leading issues the food industry faces concerning sustainability and eco-labels, such as Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, etc. This international series of summits is now hosted in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Each edition brings together some of the most influential organizations involved in sustainability and eco-labels in the food industry.

The aim of the Sustainable Foods Summit is to explore new horizons for eco-labels and sustainability in the food industry by discussing key industry issues. How do organic, fair trade and other certification schemes further sustainability? When, if ever, will there be a single sustainability standard for food products? What are common methods in measuring sustainability performance? Such issues are regularly debated at this series of summits.
